LDK 16-01 RR is my COR American Warrior son. He’s a thick muscled ram and passes that along with his color to many of his lambs, I’m really liking how they’re continuing to grow as yearlings

Semper at 3 months, I used this pic to evaluate him. He had very correct legs and feet and I could tell he was going to have good hindquarters and loin. He’s certainly not disappointed me

KRK 18191 is a white, dark pigmented RR Jan twin.
Current lean wt 115#
He’s my Jan entry for the Sedalia National Katahdin sale at 8am thurs June 27th in Missouri.
I debated on lambs but as Semper is showing his age complicated with his injuries from the cougar attack he survived this years lambs could be the last.
This lamb, like the rest of the flock, has had most of his growth from milk, grass, hay and forage products.
His dam has consistently raised good growing, correct lambs that have been winners in the home flock as well as the show ring.
His sire MCD Semper Paratus from Mark Dennis in Louisiana has been an excellent sire for us since 2012 siring sons and daughters that have been big, correct, productive meat sheep that milk well.
This lamb has very good FEC EBVs and Mwwt. He’s got black feet and correct feet and legs as well as good solid meat conformation.
Flock tests neg for OPP, Johnes and CL and is Scrapie Export Certified. We don’t routinely worm or trim feet, never any footrot in our pasture/forge based management system.
